What formats do your plugins support?+

Our plugins are available in VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats, compatible with all major DAWs on both Windows and macOS.

How do I install my purchase?+

After purchase, you'll receive a Licence Key and a downloadable zip file containing all versions of the software you purchased. For the moment, files need to be copied to their respective plugin folders, depending on the OS they will run on. A plugin manager is being developed at the moment for the ease of our users.

Do you offer refunds?+

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.

Can I use your sounds in commercial productions?+

Yes, all sounds are synthesized from scratch and royalty-free.

Do you offer educational discounts?+

Not at the time being.

What are the system requirements?+

Our plugins require macOS 10.13+ or Windows 10+, with a minimum of 4GB RAM and an Intel or Apple Silicon processor.
